You must be aged 18 or over to use our weight loss services. Our services are available to residents of Edinburgh and the wider United Kingdom only.
You must complete a truthful and accurate medical questionnaire before any prescription can be issued. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who does not meet the clinical criteria determined by our prescribing pharmacist or clinician. Our services are not suitable for individuals who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions that contraindicate the use of weight loss medication.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment of your completed medical questionnaire. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of our prescribing clinician.
We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your assessment. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use within our pharmacy only, unless otherwise stated. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any prescription issued to you. It is a criminal offence to provide false information in order to obtain prescription medication.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards processed through a secure payment provider. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If your prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5 to 10 working days. We do not store your payment card details on our systems.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, your order will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery is to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
We use tracked, discreet packaging for all orders. Whilst we aim to meet all delivery timeframes, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your medication dispensed. To cancel, please contact us promptly by email or telephone. A full refund will be issued for orders cancelled before dispensing.
Once a prescription medication has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds, in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and patient safety guidelines. If you believe your order is incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date health information at all times. You must inform us of any changes to your health, medication, or circumstances that may affect your suitability for treatment. Failure to do so may put your health at risk and may constitute a breach of these terms.
